Front door lock operation:

UNLOCK: Enter the last 4 digits of your phone # in your AirBnb profile and the Door will unlock.

If you fail to enter the correct code first time wait 15 seconds and try again.

LOCK FROM OUTSIDE: Close door, press the LOCK SYMBOL button (lower right on the pad) when green check flashes the door is locked.

LP Gas Fireplace

Gas log fireplace operation -

STEP 1: Turn timer on upper right side of fireplace, below mantle to at least 15 minutes any time less pilot won’t ignite.
STEP 2: Set desired time, fireplace will light & shut off after set time.

Pilot light should remain on as small blue flame under logs. Do not attempt to re-light pilot, qualified LP technician must!
NO COOKING OF ANY KIND IN THE FIREPLACE

HOT TUB OPERATION & USE

SPA RULES are posted at the spa for your safety and comfort.

Spa cover operation - is folded in half, lifted and push cover toward cabin until vertical.

STEP 1: On porch rail side of hot tub LIFT the cover and FOLD toward cabin across the access bar.

STEP 2: Next LIFT both halves of cover and PUSH toward cabin until cover is vertical (As shown)

EACH BUTTON IS A TOGGLE with TWO FUNCTIONS IN ONE.

BUTTON 2 = Jets

BUTTON 3 = Temperature UP/DOWN

JACUZZI OPERATION

1. Place stopper in tub drain.

2. Turn on water (hot & cold to desired temperature) fill tub enough to cover jets, DO NOT FILL OVER THE TUB MORE THAN 4” OVER THE JETS.

3. Press the on/off button located under the faucet of the jacuzzi tub. (See figure below)

4. Adjust individual jets speed by turning each jet in the tub to desired speed.

Front Porch Light

Front Porch Light is a Dusk to Dawn Sensor Light & will not operate during day light hours.
NOTE:
If the porch light is not on at night check that the wall switch is ON. Switch is just inside the front door to the right. Please leave wall switch ON.

Back porch mood lights

Mood lighting around the perimeter of the porch.

Back porch mood lighting control is located opposite side and lower left of bed room door from the hot tub. When lights not in use please switch to OFF.

LP GAS BBQ

GAS TIMER IS ON HAND RAIL

A: Gas’s supply line valve should be in the vertical position.

B: Rotate timer clockwise for 20,49 or 60 minutes.

C: Turn BBQ knob and light, turn valve to flame heat required.

Trash & Bear container

BEARS & FOOD: Use bear proof trash bin outside right for all trash. If you need to take out trash/food scraps use the bear proof bin and keep closed and latched/locked.

Its illegal to feed bears!
DO NOT LEAVE FOOD IN YOUR CAR AND KEEP YOUR CAR LOCKED. Never leave food outside the cabin. Bears can open car doors and break partially open car windows! DONT APPROACH BEARS! A LOUD NOISE AND MAKE YOUR PRESENTS KNOWN WILL KEEP BEARS AT DISTANCE. Don’t get between momma bear & her cubs.
